Welcome!

Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 226. Our Pack includes 1st through 5th grade boys from Gill Elementary School, Power Elementary and the surrounding area in Farmington Hills and Farmington, Michigan. Together our boys, parents, and leaders maintain a fun, safe environment that teaches our Tigers, Bears, Wolves, and Webelos the values and morals they need to become outstanding citizens in our community.

POPCORN SALE WITH GILL PACK 226!!

Join us for an awesome popcorn sale.  As you may know, Popcorn sales are our main way of funding Pack events, activities, badges, awards and many of the FUN things we do throughout the year. So let's set off running and make a big impact for our Pack!

There are many ways to sell popcorn to support scouting such as selling in your neighborhood, at your parent's work, at store booth sales and ask families to support scouting!!

Popcorn Forms/Payment or Buy-Out Funds Due to Christina Ziadeh THURSDAY 10/30/2014 during a special Halloween Themed Pack Meeting at Gill !!

Return any merchandise you have not sold back to Christina by 10/30 as well.

Popcorn Fundraiser Store Booth Sales

As you may or may not know, the proceeds for our popcorn fundraiser are our main way of funding the events, activities, badges, awards and fun! Let's have another successful year with all the kids participating.

We have an online sign-up through Sign-up Genius.

Scouts usually do well with working no more than 2hrs straight. Many families like to participate this way so times are in high demand. It is important that you make it to the slots you have selected, otherwise you have not only forfeited your opportunity, but that of another scout as well.

Contact Josh Fraley or Christina Ziadeh for more information.

Next Pack Meeting

Join Scouting Night with Gill Pack 226!

Pack 226 serves students and friends of Gill Elementary
Who: All boys currently in 1– 5 Grade

You and your son are invited to an informational evening hosted by Pack 226.  The purpose of this meeting is to introduce parents and boys to the Cub Scout program. Boys may join scouts that night, and will become eligible to participate in all our exciting activities.

Cub Scouting is about fun with a purpose—camping and hiking, building things like race cars and rockets, visiting unique places, trying new sports and hobbies, crafts and more. Boys earn badges and awards as they explore with their family and with the other scouts in the pack.
Apart from the fun and excitement, the aim of Cub Scouting is to help boys grow into good citizens and future leaders. While boys are having fun, they build character and confidence. They learn core values that last a lifetime: teamwork, responsibility, service, and fitness.
If you’d like more information, contact Cubmaster Josh Fraley at
248-504-7929 or joshandboys@gmail.com
Pack 226 is chartered to the Gill Elementary PTA in the Farmington school district, and is part of the Great Lakes Council, Boy Scouts of America.   Great Lakes Council serves over 25,000 youth and has over 10,000 volunteers in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties.

Why Join the Cub Scouts?
Scouting reinforces the skills and values we want our sons to learn while they're having fun. Click here for more reasons to join the Cub Scouts.

How do I join?
Cub Scouting is open to any boy in 1st through 5th grade. For more information, contact one of the Cubmasters.

Scouting is for parents, too!
Active, committed Leaders and parents are the heart and soul of a successful Pack. You don't need to have any special abilities to make a huge difference in a boy's life. Volunteer to help at one of our many events; you'll be glad you did!
