Our basic agenda will be to meet at least 10 minutes prior to the group slot time.   All participants will meet for a 30-45 minute classroom session at the Art Barn (across the parking lot from the Heritage Park Archery Range) to accomplish the static requirements for the Scout achievement. Join Scouting Night with Gill Pack 226!

Pack 226 serves students and friends of Gill Elementary
Who: All boys currently in 1– 5 Grade

You and your son are invited to an informational evening hosted by Pack 226.  The purpose of this meeting is to introduce parents and boys to the Cub Scout program. Boys may join scouts that night, and will become eligible to participate in all our exciting activities.

Cub Scouting is about fun with a purpose—camping and hiking, building things like race cars and rockets, visiting unique places, trying new sports and hobbies, crafts and more. Boys earn badges and awards as they explore with their family and with the other scouts in the pack.
Apart from the fun and excitement, the aim of Cub Scouting is to help boys grow into good citizens and future leaders. While boys are having fun, they build character and confidence. They learn core values that last a lifetime: teamwork, responsibility, service, and fitness.
If you’d like more information, contact Cubmaster Josh Fraley at
248-504-7929 or joshandboys@gmail.com
Pack 226 is chartered to the Gill Elementary PTA in the Farmington school district, and is part of the Great Lakes Council, Boy Scouts of America.   Great Lakes Council serves over 25,000 youth and has over 10,000 volunteers in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties.
-------------------------------------------------------

Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are about 7 to 10 years old.  Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting.
